Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
During the last fifteen years, I have worked as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and teacher, helping a diverse group of individuals explore their concerns about relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma-related behaviors, academic/employment stressors, and characterizations of themselves which began in childhood.
I offer a compassionate, supportive, and safe place in which to discuss what is happening in your life rather than what is "wrong" with you. I am interested in helping you to gain insight into the connection between present challenges and past history.
My style is engaged and interactive and we can make appointments based on your goals and schedule.
